OCEAN VIEW MARINA

One hour north of Key West and two hours south of Miami, it is a perfect destination for storing your boat. Located near the famous 7-mile bridge, it provides access to the waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico for excellent fishing, diving, and pleasure boating. Ocean View Marina has approximately 165 racks in two dry storage barns that were completed in 2021 that are each covered on 3 sides.

We kindly ask our customers to schedule their launch a half-hour ahead of planned arrival. Our friendly dock hands will be available to help you as you exit and enter the marina and will help you load or unload your boat as needed.

Monthly and Annual

DRY STORAGE IN MARATHON

Dry storage includes: one trailer load and unload, unlimited boat launches, engine flush, and haul rinse.
All vessels measured and charged on LOA with 20 ft. minimum charge.
3% surcharge for credit card transactions. We accept ACH and checks.

STORM STORAGE

Ocean View Marina is a hidden gem for protection of your boat during hurricanes. Space is limited, and availability is on a first come, first served basis. Entering into a Storm Storage Agreement guarantees a space to store your boat during storms occurring from June 1st to November 30th plus a fee per any storm you chose to drop your boat for.

Storm Charges
Storm Storage (Haul, Block & Re-Launch) *PRE PAID PRICING
$1,500 to reserve a spot for the season, pay now and sign contract.

$1,000 for each named storm, paid when the boat is delivered to the property.

Extended Storage: $95 per night for storage beyond the 48-hour retrieval period.

Full payment is due with the return of your contract to guarantee your priority haul out time & space.

Catamaran Handling Guidelines

Our forklift has a maximum lifting capacity of 20,000 pounds.
For catamarans weighing 20,000 pounds or less, you may either
provide your own cradle or use your trailer.
If your catamaran exceeds 20,000 pounds, please provide a trailer, as the forklift will not be suitable for handling heavier loads.
